Rev. Roni Beharry
Rev. Roni Beharry was born in Trinidad and Tobago, migrated to Canada, as a teenager with her family, and lived well over thirty years in Canada. Her rural community of origin, passion for sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ, and commitment to support the thriving of God’s mission has led her to Lowville United Church. She has served the United Church of Canada as a lay associate minister across the GTHA (Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area) for over twelve years, and has served as an Ordained Minister since 2017 in North Bay, Guelph and Brampton. She and her spouse, Lorne Robertson reside in South Burlington, where they enjoy a sense of community in the South Appleby Line / Shore acres community. With a deep appreciation for nature and walks in the woods, Lowville Park and surrounding trails, are among their favourite places. It’s a joy to serve at Lowville United Church! Together, may your legacy of your Christ-centred faith, find creative expression through the power of the Holy Spirit, as God blesses the Journey we make! In Christ’s Service,
Rev. Roni
